PARISH HALL AND COMMITTEE ROOMS

The Parish Hall is regularly used by groups such as Keep-fit Classes, the Flower Club, Theatre at Baddow, two W.I groups, Tai Chi classes and two dancing schools. It is also available for weddings and private parties and a bar is available to hirers.

Committee Rooms 1 and 2 can be booked for meetings of all descriptions, both educational and social.

The Hall and associated rooms are maintained to the high standard required for the issuing of a Public Entertainment Licence and Environmental Health Regulation Inspection and the Food Premises Regulation 1991 requirements. A regular programme of exterior and interior decoration is carried out.

The excellent facilities continue to pass the inspections made under all these regulations.

Hearing loops are installed in the main hall and in Committee Room 1. There is wheelchair and push chair access via a ramp, and we have newly refitted disabled toilet facilities.

The rates shown here are per hour, and there are minimum periods of hire - please ask for details. All the above rates are subject to a residential qualification of not less than 50% in the case of clubs and other associations. Total membership and numbers of members who are parishioners should be stated on the application form.

An additional charge of 10% of the total hire cost will be added to all invoices unless the hirer provides a copy of their Liability Insurance Certificate pertaining to the event booked.
